Want the U.S. government to support disability rights? You can help in just two steps!
First, sign the youth and student petition for the “Disability Treaty” at http://bit.ly/Youth4CRPD! People under age 30 can sign. So can students of all ages.
This asks U.S. Senators to ratify the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). The CRPD (“Disability Treaty”) is an agreement among countries. It protects the human rights of people with disabilities. So far, 138 countries have ratified it. But the U.S. is behind. YOU can help change that!
