Podcasts on the ADA Restoration Act of 2007
Two podcasts produced by “Day in Washington” may be useful for learning more about the ADA Restoration Act. And, yes, it is available not only in audio file but also in transcript form.
The Disability Policy Podcast focuses on a range of disability-related policy issues, usually discussing one narrow topic or news article in each 8 to 10 minute podcast (or corresponding transcript). Last night, Day in Washington released podcast #7 entitled “MDA Telethon and ADA Restoration Update“; the first three-quarters of this podcast is about Jerry’s telethon, but if you scroll down you will also see a few paragraphs in the transcript about the ADA Restoration Act of 2007.
I encourage readers to also look at their July 24 “Day in Washington #5” podcast entitled “ADA Restoration Act” as this provides an excellent overview of what the ADA Restoration Act is about and why it is so urgently needed.
Have YOU written a blog post or produced a vlog on the ADA Restoration Act that I have overlooked in my continually up-dated list of links? I would like to link to you, too. Generally speaking I only link to blogs or vlogs posted since July 26 ’07, but I make occasional exceptions for older posts that are especially good or interesting. Please blog or vlog about the ADA Restoration Act! Then make sure I know about it by posting a comment here so I know to link to you.
