Greetings, I am Michele. On 9,13,1985 I survived a deadly car wreck. I now substitute teach in Gen. and Spec. Ed for a district in L.A., CA while I pursue a Spec Ed. Credential at a Cal State Univ. My GPA is over 3.46 and I am being denied the Level 1 Credential with my thus far successful work reentry being blocked. Please guide me to ease the path forward.
