Can you summarize in two or three short sentences your concern? Then go into it?

If you are in the United States, then the Americans with Disabilities Act protects your legal right to have communication access in hospitals, etc., for instance with sign language interpreters. Educate yourself about the ADA, then you can educate hospitals etc. about their legal obligation to ensure your communication access.

If you are in the UK, the DDA is similar to the ADA. Some other countries also have disability rights legislation. Check the laws that apply.

There is also a volunteer organization that has an on-line database documenting phishing scam emails and web sites, but I think that’s just so people can help each other check out these scams and track what happens with them or something:

I don’t know if there are other mechanisms for reporting scams like this, but I found both of these by googling the phrase

report phishing crime

and checking out the more likely results.

These sound like exactly the kind of promises that you would expect to see in a scam. I’m guessing that the person who sent you this email asked you to send personal details, such as account information or social security number etc. Am I right?

Don’t trust it.
