there will not lose remember everyone got heart being strongest ada laws powerful. everytime anywhere be stand as real deaf person to face them no matter how lack of commucation. keep sign langauge going and going until wake up and explain them " we had deaf laws " they will scare of us and wake up thru judge know deaf laws must interpeter. for example i remember when i was very high due dr gave me shot and i was sign langauge and i caught dr said i should get interpeter right back. that how i build being strongest "HEART AS DEAF ADA LAWS FACE THEM " I notice they are nerves of deaf people. but i think we need back up for ada restoration act due build more strongest law for 1990 laws is older. ada restoration rebirth new laws make everyone wake up follow the post ada laws everywhere building. for example when i was in hosp in baltmore md and i spot post ada laws in emerg room and nurse ask me yes or no. i said yes and wait for 2 hrs interpeter show up. so it will be more building everywhere if they remove or not follow the buiness will get fines for broken laws. that why we need ada restoration laws check up in 2007 but sooner years 2008 need everyone sign bills pass to presdent bush remember everyone need papers in his desk. we take his words. remember deaf people and i do being strongest to face them no matter where we go stay "DEAF AND HEARING IMPAIRED ADA LAWS POWERFUL"

The ADA fable is a sad chapter in disability life. ADA was a good law till it's been watered down, twisted, and mangled beyond it's usefulness.

Every time an ADA tooth gets knocked off, the disability communities feels the pain.

Now with the ADA as it is, the disability community has been able to get what they need without depending on the ADA.

Now with the ADA-RA popping up, its re-opening the old wounds created by the original ADA being weakened and even if it passes and gets signed, it will be watered down again.

What's really at issue is whether we should put the disability communities another trip through the same painful roller coaster for whatever it's worth.

Many people are skeptical about the so-called amendment or new law to clarify to the existing ADA law.

That's why my former employer, Honorable Kit Bond of MO voted against the ADA bill in the early 90s at my urge and other staffers' insistence which the ADA bill had been badly written without any kind of specifics for legal mechanisms how to resolve the disability issue at the workplace or residence, etc.
